I have an Ultrasonic Blue Mica RC-F! I did some mods to it and I'm at about 510 hp! I added an N1-X APEXi exhaust- car sounds insane! I have the performance pkg, wouldn't have it any other way! Love the review and my choice, so glad I didn't buy an M4! This car gets so much attention, BMW just wasn't for me.

510 hp how to the crank? did you get a dyno sheet that says that ? The car has 467hp to the crank stock that’s a dramatic leap from an exhaust lol 😂 maybe some ppe equal length headers and a tune on top of that or even sikky headers but idk about an exhaust lol . I have a full Miesterschaft on mine .

I own a black RC F with the TVD and I agree that it is an excellent daily driver. Quite often my family knows that I will leave the house before sunset just to do a circuit around town. After more than a year, I still am loving this car.

Bought a 15 RCF Premium package in December. Drove it 17 hours straight back from New Mexico to Louisiana. It's my daily, and I love every minute of driving it. Put an Invidia catback on it a month ago, and it just wakes up thr car. I also use it to do my detailing side hustle. I can fit everything including my pressure washer in the trunk. IMO, the perfect daily driver.

FYI. LC500 is significantly slower than the RC F in a straight line and around a track. About a half second slower in the 1/4 mile. Top speed it is also slower by about 5 MPH. The RC F is second fastest behind the LFA.

Also, surprisingly the GS-F is actually quicker on track due to the more rigid chassis. Many reviewers have posted this plus the GS-F is also a bit lighter. I personally own an RC-F and love it even though I realize that it is not the "best" numbers car in its class. I look at the all around performance of the car and the company. Lexus has never been one to let me down.

nbit69 my SC400 lost a rod bearing at 98k miles. My GS430 needed a $2800 throttle body repair at 66k miles. My GX470 has a gazillion cracks on the crappy cheap dash. They are NOT quality cars.

Nice shots in the opener. Good info. I am looking at one with the sunroof as I do not plan on taking it to a track. Just seems like a killer GT car with rock solid reliability. There an old LS 400 out there with 1 million miles on the odd. And that car doesn't even have the direct and port injection like this RC F. Should be some epic road trips with this car. Tiera Del Fuego and back comes to mind.

Since you've driven the rcf and gsf, which do you prefer for daily driving if you'll never have more than 1 passenger 80 percent of the time and 2 passengers 20 percent of the time... All under 5 foot 8 inches

WOW THIS iS a TRIP hahaha🤣🤣🤣 first of all I have the same car , same packages with carbon fiber roof and orange calipers but in liquid silver . Not a big deal rite ? But here is the kicker I also live in Austin TX and go to lexus at stone lake and Rafferty is my service guy . Anyways I was driving to get gas at sams club behind lexus and saw this exact car parked way by the gas station away from the other cars so i took a picture of my Lexus and that lexus together , this was like a long ass time ago though like January 2018 . I wanted to leave a note to start an F club out here but didn’t have time to creep around like a weirdo and wait . Either way cool video cheers .

Life By Dylan I miss Austin. I attended Covington Middle School and Crockett High School through my sophomore year. My dad was stationed at Bergstrom AFB there before being deployed to Desert Storm. When he came home in 1992 the base had been closed. We were in limbo for a few months before he was assigned to Ft. Indian-Town Gap here in Pennsylvania in 1993, retired, and I was "stuck" here. Doh! I don't miss the car sized bugs and the flash flooding down there though. I now own a 12 Volt specialist shop here and just bought my RC-F about 2 months ago. Great review!

A. Radar cruise is the stupidest crap ever put on a car.....the distance between you and the car in front is too much allowing cars to cut in front of you....yet if the driver stomps on the brakes it will not save you..GARBAGE for girly men who can't drive. B. The infotainment finger touch system is crap--totally inferior to the stick used in other Lexus vehicles.

chad haire I've always had it stop quickly enough without having to use the brakes myself, but agree that it keeps more distance than I'd like with the car in front. I eventually got used to it. Using radar cruise isn't for when you're in a rush. Having a few cars jump in front of me during my drive didn't really add too much time to my trip. There are days I want to keep it in S+ mode and days when the traffic is so slow it's just easier to cruise. Agree on the stick vs. touch screen. We have the stick on our RX and it's much more intuitive.

It's not a good daily car. The seats are not comfortable unlike he said in the video. They just look good but are uncomfortable. There's a big play in the steering wheel.. feels loose and not precise. Mpg is bad too.. 8 to 9 mpg. These factors alone are enough to discredit this car. Go with the isf. Better handling stock and way more comfortable seats. Can drive for hours no problem. Mileage is better too.. around 14 mpg. Overall a car than the rc.
