this emotional night stays vivid in my memory. everyone was already crying, the staff treats exols harshly their lightstick were confiscated some of them were injured by the staff, MAMA went overboard doing dirty to both exo and exols. it was a total chaos. then exo came up on stage to perform, the last song on their set list was power, our song of hope. I felt it even I wasn't at the venue, despite watching it online, everyone felt it. exo cried seeing exols being mistreated, and of course we cried a thousand litre of tears for exo. I've seen them since their debut, and this is one of the most memorable, emotional night. that night. There were a lot of amazing stages and I stan most the artists that performed tonight, but Kai's performance is by far my favorite and the most impressive. His voice is usually overshadowed in the group because he hasn't perfected it, but he has such a unique sound so it is nice for a change to hear him sing like that. Of course all of the members deserve their own spotlight and I wish they all could show what they're really made of. But just because Kai gets more attention than some other members does not mean he is not deserving of stages like this, especially when he has improved so much. People always pull this when fans say that Kai should be giving more opportunities to broaden his talents in other areas of expertise. It’s been thousand time I’ve watched this (and the other one with the eve and ko ko bop) but I still have the same feeling. It still amazes me how EXO-L (I’m also an EXO-L) support EXO and how EXO made MAMA to be their own concert. And to think that EXO never have any collab with famous western musician (by collab I mean like singing together, but I know they collab with great musician and producer for their albums) but still being the best of the best is just amazing. You can’t deny the power and influence of EXO. Eventho so many artists are coming out now, EXO will still be the only one who have the special power.
