Fellas! First of all, I apologize for the wind noise! Second of all, I appreciate all of your support this entire cross country season. It truly has been a great experience and I am so happy to have placed 5th with an awesome group of ladies at my last NCAA Championships!!! Now time for a good break, and then on to indoor season! I know a girl who started running as a freshman with a similar 5k time who ran 18:43 as a senior. If you run plenty of miles, and most importantly stay consistent in your running, you can make that kind of improvement. Try running with people who are faster than you (but have rest days in between where you run at your own pace to recover). This is the simplest way to become a better runner while just doing pure mileage.
