I picked this game at random because I hadn't seen any 2017 football and was rooting for the Vikings - just because. As the game progressed I had a feeling the Saints would come back so eventually I skipped to the point where the score was 21-20 and saw to my dismay how the Saints got the field goal and the Vikings were struggling to move forward into field goal range. So when the last move happened I was totally blown away. I had to watch it again about 10 times....!

Saints' only time they beat Minnesota in the playoffs was the 2009 NFC Championship, Brees vs Farve, Saints won, sent New Orelans to Miami for Super Bowl XLIV. The refs are just blind every time these two teams play, they don't throw flags when they miss a BIG penalty.

If we’re posting the greatest games ever, lets give the 2013 afc divisional playoff game between Baltimore and Denver a revisit. That was the single most perfect football game I’ve ever seen. from the storylines to the severe underdog, great moments in offense, defense and special teams, high scoring, double overtime, zero degree weather, a crazed crowd and an iconic play that spearheaded a Super Bowl run. No true football fan could forget where they were on that night. This is number 3 or four to me. The ravens vs pats in the 2012 afc title and the original saints vikes game where Brett throws the pick are the only two id put ahead of this one.

PBS Shelton you’re making my point, he didn’t make the pro bowl but absolutely deserved it. He had 4 picks, one for a touchdown and was the highest rated safety in the nfl for the first like 12 weeks. Even in 2017 he had a great rookie season but as you can see in this video he had his welcome to the nfl moment in the worst time but you can’t completely blame him because without his interception early in the second half this game would’ve been a blowout. Also had a very efficient season in 2018, he has been a great player for the Saints.
