Avanzas are quite durable and downright reliable, but the ride/handling and NVH is awful, with a ride so harsh you need a plastic bag to vomit especially the early models!! I switched it to a grand livina 3 years after the mk1 blonde avanza I had in my 4th grade, a night and day difference especially with the ride comfort.

i have one. avanza 1.3 G 2010 vvti m/t. i feel so fatigued cz that gearbox are so close -_- and its nothing when u speeding in highway (4000rpm @100km/h gear 5?) but its really really good when you take it to climb into mountain or going some little offroad. even this grand new dual vvti version, when i test drive it, same as mine except esp in this one than hydraulic power steering in mine sorry for my bad english🙏

i came from the POV test drive montero sport to this see this avanza in comparison.... meanwhile it's obvious that this car is really much less refined than the montero sport but it really appear in the video that this car is much quicker or responsive than the montero sport when you put your feet on the throtolle
