Great review! Sure is a lot of money for what is, ultimately, yet another Land Cruiser variant. That being said, this sure makes way more sense than that Land Cruiser 'Super Audio' edition.

Toyota is awesome! They make the best trucks for reliability. Nice video, I love the camera angle, looks like you on a ship in rough sea lol, but it’s sand

This Land Cruiser or a Yukon and add 20k of aftermarket items to get the price the same. Also what is the size of those wheels and tires?

Good video. Can you tell me if the VX ( big engine 5.7) has the same configuration as the 5.7 sold in the USA or if it has a variant?
@MotoringMiddleEast7 жыл бұрын
It's a variant, without direct injection

So how does the 4.6 compare to the 5.7 for off roads? Is it true the 4.6 delivers higher torque at lower rpms?
@MotoringMiddleEast4 жыл бұрын
Both are about the same really. The 5.7 is more powerful but considerably heavier. The 4.6 lost quite a bit of its pep with the move to an eight speed gearbox and different gear ratios that entailed. I'd say get the 5.7 if you can, but most people will be quite happy with the 4.6.

I tested the land cruiser 5.7 with 8 speed was too slow and heavy, and I tested the 5.7 with 6 speed and it powerful and fast, so yes Toyota failed this time

LandCruisers made by hand? Sorry, you lost me there with this nonsensical comment.
@MotoringMiddleEast5 жыл бұрын
They are produced on an assembly line but there are hardly any robots and most of the final assembly is by hand. I should know: I've been to the factory and watched a new 200-series roll off the line every 20 seconds.
@tempestv85 жыл бұрын
All final assembly - interior wiring looms, dashboard, seats, rehanging the doors, these are always by hand for any modern car as these processes are not done by robots. The 200 Series body would be entirely by robots. The only LandCruisers that are truly "hand built" would be the like of the low volume 70 Series LandCruisers. The 200 Series is anything but low volume. There are plenty of robots at the Tahara factory - rather than myself lay claim to it, this video says so: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nnSQnZyVjKxmoKs at the 5:55 mark, the presenter makes mention of this.
