I forgot.. 5:15. Using your own mengane and eyes, for proper men. My sensei referred to it as having them level, not have them change elevation in relation to ground. The bars in your mengane, one gap is biggere then the others, look thru that, make sure that your opponent would see you thru your gap, that way suriashi and approach is less readable, and you will be faster with strickng and passing your opponents for zanshin. Your movement this way is only forward, as your are not allowed to go up orr down. your mengane is good reference for suriashi

To have one of these Hanshi in a seminar by himself is a treat but to get both, you guys got spoiled. PS: Just finished the whole video, it seems that not even the Japanese get spoiled like this, i'm sure it was one heck of a boost for the attendees to keep on training.
