The staff took the band to the stadium since they've been idle so long to keep them focused, ready, have fun and also simulate a game day feel. Split them into band A and B which is actually freshmen vs upperclassmen.

Dear Jackson Jsettes! *disclaimer first* I’ve been a follower of the Jsettes for many many many years (since Mrs. Otis was the sponsor) & this squad has gotten better & better over the years. They are cute or whatever but it’s not the traditional Jsette ramps I’ve seen over the years. The ramp is in this video gives me ASU Golden Girls (which they stole from the originators of the ramp with the kicks & all!) Please Jsettes going forward let’s get back to you guys traditional ramps (8 to 16 counts on the ramp ONLY!) Don’t imitate something you guys originate (if that makes sense!) I understand we are in a new day & time but please stick to your original ramps you guys are the originators of. Everyone in the SWAC are doing ramps now but it started with y’all many years ago. Just my opinion bc still to this day in 2018 I’m still a hugh fan & I went & graduated from MVSU.

Everyone know the jsettes was the first to do ramp kick (even though the Golden Girls did them in fieldshows back in the 70’s) the GG’s was the first to dance on the ramp! If you went and graduated from MVSU you should only worry about the Satin Dolls aka the GoldenSettes 😭😭
