Thanks for the great video! I just subscribed! Our front camera got taken out by a rock. I only needed to remove the screws from the right side of the car and 4 underneath the front center to be able to pry the grill & cowl forward enough to replace the camera on the grill without totally removing the grill & cowl... Almost $250 for the camera at the dealer PLUS LABOR and a $150 BS diagnostic fee. You can get the camera for about $120 ish and replace it yourself with this great video you made! Thanks again bro!

Same thing happened to my wife's Travers, perfect shot to take out the camera. Did you have to reprogram the camera? My dealer said that is required.

@@rick_w Did you end up doing it yourself? My camera cracked after coming out of a warm carwash at nearly 0°F outside temps. Also wondering if that's "right" side as your looking at the vehicle aka driver's side or passenger?

Thanks for posting this. I did mine before but it was 4 years ago and now I want to access the front camera harness and change headlights to the blackout ones. Not alot of videos on the 2020 Traverse. I'm also having issues with a red triangle on my camera dash. Dealer changed VPM and a coaxial cable but stills does it.

What a royal pain with all those clips and small retainers, a lot of work to remove a bumper and be careful not to break any tabs or clips.

Thank you we had a similar issue with the grill and I will be replacing it at some point and using this video for reference

Question: Do you need to remove the front bumper in order to remove and replace front headlight assembly?
@JPSurratt19867 ай бұрын
Yes, unless you have really small hands. I explain that step towards the end of the video and show where the lower bolt is located.

We bought the replacement on ebay for $150. I don't have the vehicle anymore; I was just helping a friend out so I don't be able to get anymore video for you.

I need to replace my radiator. Does the bumper need to come off or can it be replaced from up above? Thanks

I'm not 100% sure but it looks like you might be able to pull it from the top. I couldn't find any diy videos for this generation. Good luck!

I need to change the grill on my 2020. Does the full bumper need to come off to get it out?
@JPSurratt19864 жыл бұрын
Everything but the center bottom bolts. You can lower the bumper down as the lower plastic is flexible enough.
