Your RTR non led grille install was waaaaaay better. Why did you take it down?You actually show the exact spot of the grille to drill and even recommend a slightly smaller bit than 7/32. Saying “it’s not that hard” with the camera 5ft away and not actually showing the recommended spot to put a hole in your new $550 grille isn’t exactly making it easier.

Would be nice if you said exactly where to drill on that opening. You used to explain that on the non LED version of this grille but that video has since been taken down. If you’re even off by a cm it affects the way the insert sits.

Put mine all together lights turn on but one of the headlights doesn’t turn off only one side stays on to drive at night both turn off but to drive in the day it only turns off on one side but the grille lights stay on

That’s what a air filter is for and if your worried about the air filter gettin dirty just stick with the stock front. There isn’t a bug in the world that would fit tho that tiny intake hole

I installed mine today drove to the gym and the car did not want to turn off. I pressed the start stop button but nothing eventually I disconnected the battery it still did not turn off. So I figured I disconnect the driver side headlight plug and the car turned off. Can anyone explain why this is happening

I dont know who the disrespectful employee was who answered my call. Trying to place a order that is very well needed, for me to be able to drive my car . Because the fuel rail was bent by the mechanic who was taking off the IMRCV. Which is a part that always goes bad, a emissions part that never should have been included in the car. I was trying to explain and order a fuel rail and new headlights because the Raciom one piece never ever has worked anyway. Easy to install one hour. Passenger side never has set in place and the factory and the screw adjustment that came with the lights didn't work 3 hours working with it. Only to have the park light side to never secure down. Making it impossible at times to see out. Always causing it to vibrate out about 5/8 of a inch out from the fender. Trying to order both part and several more parts for my 98 Cobra and 99 Cobra tail lights, suspension drop,racing shocks,new rim and tires to make the 99 race ready with the 6 speed built terminator transmission just put in. Getting ready for the drag strip, so we can truly see how it's going to run. Motors been ready stage 2 vortech supercharger, and built and bored motor. Itching to be ran. But your employee who decided to hang up on me rude and very unprofessional. I was straight up with the guy, that I didn't want to talk to no employee that didn't know about mustangs. Because last year about this time last year, the guy I placed a order with sent me 4 Nitto tires NTSSSG2 315 size for the back, and the size on front wasn't in stock and he assured me the size in stocks would fit on the front. They are wider not taller and wod work great. After picking up the car , it was dark and I looked at it in the lights at my shop. Front tire where like 1 3/8 taller than the back making it look like crap.Jacked up in the front. Looking like these jacked up truck ( Carolina squat )... that looks like a dog taking a dump or humping someone's leg. LIKE STRAIGHT UP CRAP !!! I call the guy I placed the order with back , he said you can raise the rear. The cars is dropped with suspension from AM ,race ready. His mistake at MY COST .... 2 Brand new nitto tires in the shed that can not be used. And since they where drove about 4 miles I can't send them back, so I'm stuck with 2 tires I can't use. And it's are not cheap especially the high performance ones.So I wanted to mack sure that no more mistakes were made that would cost me. And I wanted someone who knew not a new employee learning the ropes. Maybe he was the one who made the mistake ? But I just don't want a new employee taking my order. Because no matter if you send back a part and its their fault, the customers pay for the shipping and you lose money. Because of a new employee. But whoever it was that hung up on me and didn't call back. To any supervisor who reads this, employees like this can ruin a business. And I know first hand on how hard it is finding good employees. Because I run a custom shop and know how hard it is finding a good employee. Honda management told me they are lucky if they get 1 employee out of 31 employees they hired to work out. That how bad It is in Bama finding a good one, the statistics from Honda Manufacturing. Look at the date and about a little over a hour ago the incident happened. And set this dude down and tell him a few things about doing the customer wrong. Would he like to give his hard earned money away. To a order you trusted to be right and it is not. Wod he like that , if so send me a check or money order for these tires I can not used. Send me the payment, and I'll send him the tires so he can use them to start a bond fire. Since he's got money to throw away. !!!! BECAUSE COMPANIES LIKE THIS DON'T DESERVE MY MONEY !!! The ones this cost the customer's not the company's.... even when it is they're mistakes. ,
