Steve, My wife and I love your videos! So thorough and precise. I do have a couple of quick questions. Why would a driver want to restrict 1/3 of his front windshield with that immovable flat visor? And why would this customer order those smooth, polished toolboxes? Won't he or she ever be climbing up onto that frame? And why the rear air connections? Beautiful truck! Thanks for taking the time to answer our questions.
@dougjarvis39707 жыл бұрын
lazyace13 I always wonder about a visor that large, myself. Looks great, but it's not something I personally would want on my windshield. To each their own I guess.
@1pieman7 жыл бұрын
doug jarvis I have driven a few. I am claustrophobic at night it is really weird for me. it's nice when the sun's coming up they look beautiful. but I notice at night when I have lights coming into the mirror I get a very weird feeling.
@tbdieseltrucking7 жыл бұрын
+lazyace13 Rear air connections are for a clean custom look. Since air lines are on the deck as well, I would think this customer pulls a couple different trailer setups. As far as the visor...Pure Coolness Factor. I have the 14" blind mount on my '17 389. Love it.

backwards thinking budd.. yes early emission units were painful, like everything you have to start somewhere... but these new X15 units are really making a name for themselves, and the jakes are unreal..!! plus you are cleaner burning than the old soot producers.., but there again some people don't give a shit about the planet that keeps us alive and allows us the enjoyment of driving a long hood Pete down the interstate...
