College Board: We gotta make the kids think they're gonna pass on the multiple choice, then we viciously rip that hope away from them on the FRQs. This shall teach them the futility of life and that no matter how hard they try, they'll never be good enough.

@@iwantamaste7277 Curves have always been and will always be created by the collegeboard when making the tests and (and ask some others to take the test for them for feedback). But by the time highschoolers get it, nothing about the grading system will change.

The explanations are important. Instructions for the FRQ section: "... you will be scored on the correctness of your methods as well as on the accuracy and completeness of your results and explanations."
