@@DOSS_991 well I had it installed same time as the eventuri turbo inlet. But most of the sound (id say 80%) is from the intake). Every time I put an intake on a turbo car it gets very loud

@@DOSS_991 if you dont do the inlet at the same time youre crazy. The HP gains come from the inlet not the intake. Personally the inlet is very worth it and even more worth it than the intake from a performance perspective. you should gain 20-30hp (at the engine) from the turbo inlet alone

How do you get the flutter? Is intake all you need to hear it with stock diverter?

I’m currently running a very similar setup to you on my RS3 - Stage 2, iroz downpipe & CTS intake. However since I’ve got it, mine has been nowhere near that loud. Spool is pretty quiet and it definitely doesn’t flutter like that, if at all. Pretty stumped as to why

Lewfire no valve. My mods are just the cts turbo intake, downpipe and midpipe, and tune. The sound is all stock you just hear it because of the open air intake.

Did you get the flutter straight away ? Or did the ecu require time to readjust from the extra flow from the intake ? I've replaced mine and I'm just getting a 'pshhh' blow off valve noise

Someone forgot to plug in the diverged valve. Causing the turbo to surge. Very very bad for the turbo.

Incorrect, compressor surge is only bad under wide open throttle. If you can hear the flutter as you are giving the car gas then you have a problem. This is completely fine.
