Love the B9 content. I have a jb4 as well: can’t even drive the car on anything under map 3 now… map 5 with some e30 and you own the road.😏

Thanks tom!! I actually never fried the ethanol free gas yet, How much mix do you think i should start off with?
@tombrown9246 Жыл бұрын
I believe that the general rule of thumb is 4 gallons of E85 in every tank fill up with the rest 93 will give you about an E30-E40 mix depending upon the quality and content of the E85 you are buying
@TheNaj Жыл бұрын
@@tombrown9246 Excuse my dumb question, so is E85 the same as ethanol free? Because at the gas station near me a pump reads 0% ethanol not E85, not sure what the difference was
@tombrown9246 Жыл бұрын
There are a couple of KZbin videos that can probably explain this better as well as a couple of shops. @burgertuning are the ones who make the jb4 and George there is great if you have questions. It would clearly say E85 on the pump and it is not available At all stations or in all states
@seashackf1 Жыл бұрын
@@TheNajthey’re opposite each other. E85 = 85% ethanol Ethanol free = 0% ethanol. Ethanol reeks havoc on cars not designed for it by eating away at rubber gaskets and stuff like that. especially on older cars, motorcycles, power equipment like lawn mowers, chainsaws etc. So some people will avoid it if they can.

I have a JB4 on my B9.5 SQ5 (running 93 octane Map3) and it's a great alternative to ECU tunes while under warranty. People have reported some water getting down under the rain tray. I keep mine sealed up in a plastic bag.
@KingLouieX11 ай бұрын
I too am running Map3- 93 also have mine stored under the little cubby and did a hundred miles as well as a auto car wash with no issues, but I will consider a plastic bag if needed.

What made you choose JB4 mod vs APR or Unitronics?

Hey Naj love your videos man! I just bought a '17 A4 and i always feels hella scared driving over the bumps and potholes in the road. am i being crazy or to what extent do u care for that kind of thing?? love my new audi and hope you enjoy that beautiful s5!
@TheNaj2 жыл бұрын
Hey! Thanks bro! I am just as paranoid, I avoid potholes at all costs, and go over bumps super slow
@MrWatson352 ай бұрын
As a person who has own many cars. Most of which were the German big three(Mercedes,BMW,Audi). Out of all of them, The BMW is the worst for bumps, potholes and rough roads, the Mercedes is a little better and the Audi/vws were the best by a mile. My first car was a 99 vw vr6, I’ve had a Passat and now a b9 s4. And I live in atl, the worst roads in the us. The B9 platform is surprisingly very forgiving and resilient. Obviously try to avoid rough conditions on roads but rest assure that you are in good hands with Audi.

Thank you kind stranger for your reassuring reply! How are you enjoying your B9 S4 so far? Would you say it's worth it over the recent gen A6? @@MrWatson35

Naj, greetings from a fellow 2018 B9 S5 daily driver. Just broke 60k miles, looking to take this one to 100k+ if it lets me. How many miles on the new S5?
@TheNaj2 жыл бұрын
WHATS HAPPENINN WABBIT!! yo so i actually totaled my black s5, it had 80k miles on it and i bought it with 60k, drove 20k in a year DID NOT TAKE IT IN ONCE FOR ANY BREAKDOWN. very very solid. new one i bought now (same 18 s5 SB but blue) purchased at 77k now has 81, also hellla reliable man, knock on wood its the most reliable audi i ever had haha, if i dont upgrade cars i can easily see myself taking this car upwards of 200k miles like i did my b8 s4
