No, Pooja Danda Defeated Helen twice in PWL 3 (India League).

Yogendra Yadav I saw that, that was amazing! But Helen had a for injury and a severe concussion, so I'm waiting to see if Pooja does it again next time they meet.

She won Silver medals at 2010 Summer Youth Olympics and 2018 Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast in 60 kg and 57 kg category respectively. The grappler also won a Bronze at the 2014 Asian Wrestling Championship. Pooja has defeated Olympic and World Championship medalists. [4] Government of India honoured her with the Arjuna award for outstanding performance in the field of Sports.[5]

She competed in the women's freestyle 53 kg event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games where she won a gold medal and at the 2015 World Wrestling Championships where she won a bronze medal.] She won the silver medal at the women's freestyle 55 kilograms 2017 World Wrestling Championships. Gold medalist at 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Maroulis P4P the best in the world? There’s about 5 Japanese women who are technically better. Icho and Yoshida dominated for over 20 years and all of sudden Maroulis is the best women in the world, no way.
