This interior configurations is too rare! it's stunning. This is why merc may look better sometimes...the material is key. The wooden detail gives the bmw a very luxurious appearance, which is needed in this class

The wood trim in the interior is for me a little bit to bright in contrast to the brown leather seats. I would choose a darker one and stay with the colour of the seats, I love it. This engine is sick for a diesel, but I would be sceptic, how long the four turbos will hold!

What I hate are those 4 turbos. That is gonna bite you in the ass when it breaks at 100 000 km or even sooner. Two more cylinders and 3 less turbos.

How is it downsized? They've used a 3.0 6 cyl diesel for a long time. 4 turbos is always cool though :)

Yes I agree that is cool...I said that car brands nowadays are using 'downsizing' that means using 6 cil or 8 cil engines with turbos instead of naturally aspirated v10 or v12 in order to decrease CO2 emissions...but I kinda like the idea of twin or quad turbo engines hehe :D

The Hauke Ur right. But brown leather and bright glossy wood is not good combination I think.... Im Korean and I usually see that wood color in house of Korea. Especially in floor........ For me, that wood looks really cheap.

Fran Herf you cannot possibly generalise to that degree. Petrol engines differ from each other just as much as diesel ones do. This thing has four turbochargers for a reason.
