The 18" Wheels ride much nicer than the 20s with less sidewall to absorb the cracks in the road. And they look better too

Once the Auto Stop-Start is disabled, the Driving Experience is much much better, and in the long run, so will be the Pocketbook

It’s also has a wireless phone charger in the front of the console...you didn’t even notice the sticker noting the fact when you opened it!!

Missing from this car most notably are the ability to read or see emails and an external mouse device to control the CUE. Its great to have a touch screen but having the external control knob in the console would be a great and practical addon. Not being able to receive email like in the Mercedes Command system is a huge oversight. Texting works very well however. With Mercedes Command you can select text or email and the phone doesn't even have to be wired in. With Cadillac you have to hard wire the phone then connect to Apple Car Play and you only get text. At this day and age missing basic functionality is poor.

My 2015 Cadillac SRX had a problem with the CUE and now I got a 2018 XT5 premium that is beautiful but began with the same problem with the CUE. And, now I have to go to the dealer and wait one week in order to replace the CUE. No good for a luxury American Cadillac. Embarrassing for a Cadillac with 1500 miles
