I really wonder after all technological advancements and still no one is able to find a solution for wire breakage 😮..its always pain to find broken wire ..great diag and repair sir.cheers

Thanks! I haven't gone to official training, I'm just subscribed to scannerdanner premium, Hands on auto training, L1 auto diagnostics. I find watching classes on the basics is the best way to learn. More then watching some crazy once in a lifetime fault. When I feel I am weak in a specific point I will buy a class from cti.

So I have the same codes on my 2016 gmc canyon v6 but I have power to pin 21. I can rule out a broken wire. Any ideas on where to go next?

I noticed you had a code in the EBCM. It wasn’t shown in the video, but I was wondering what code it was. The reason I ask is because I have similar codes as you, but I also have a no wake up signal code from the EBCM.

I think it was just Invalid data received from PCM because there was a code in the PCM.
