True free-reining is not guiding the horse with something around the neck. You're using all leg cues to direct. Beautiful performance, though. :)

I’m not sure what she was trying to do with this routine. Nothing was impressive or even very technical. The costume just seemed to get in the way. My 2 cents, for what they are worth!
