The hate is about when your warranty is up and you are replacing turbo chargers every 50k. I dont know who buys a truck for fuel economy, give me a boosted V8 and Id drool over it but something about a minivan motor in my pickup softens my woody, friend

Okay, then get an old Raptor that does 0-60 in 2.5 seconds slower, has worse fuel efficiency which matters when you're desert running without a fuel cell lol. As well delivers even worse top end, so ya you may replace some shit but even the old Raptors came with their issues of Fox Racing shocks going out which is just as expensive as replacing these turbos. Also given the boost level of these turbos, they should last longer than 50k, but eh.

Well I wasn't particularly worried about the Raptor I know I'm on a video about a variant of one but I was more so speaking of half ton Fords in general. Where I come from we work, we don't get to play so a Raptor hasn't much to offer me more than a half ton with a 5.0 in it, plus I couldn't even comfortably afford a new Raptor. And you ought to know better than to buy a used Raptor cause it was probably used hard haha

David Just about any high end truck with this level of custom work has air bag suspension. It is very versatile in it can be used to adjust the ride height on the fly, and mess around with response times and such. It's more complicated, and more prone to failure, but it has a lot of benefits. Now they probably went with the leaf springs and fox shocks, because this truck could be expected to go very fast off road, and take big impacts. This is something air bag suspension is not good for.

The rear-most axle should have steering included to help during turning, and linked (obvioulsy,) to the front steering. Tight turns will shred the rear tires. This will also leave unsightly marks on concrete driveways.
