2018 Glacier Bay Tests

This toilet us absolute garbage! It is one of the top ranking performers in my collection but the flush is absolutely horrible and so is the quality. Thankfully this was replaced with a 1980 Kilgore Apex.

Just before watching this video I KNEW that it will miserably fail the dirt test. Like, dirt still everywhere and in the bowl.

I deal with one of these on a daily basis currently. But this video is pretty accurate.. looks and flushes hideous but the performance isn’t the worst.

I plugged the siphon jet on mine and covered some of the rim here so it was a swirly flush and it performs way better than before

Oh god that needs a higher waterline. If I had this, I would have a bigger tank, higher water line, I would also glaze the siphon jet a bit smaller.

Have you tried plugging up the siphon jet? It actually gives a decent flush that way, at least from my perspective. Of course I also adjusted the flapper to where the side holes are closed, which helps 😉

These are one of the GB’s I find okay but I can agree on the flushing part but I wouldn’t install one in my house

I don't see why this would have problems flushing because your tests before the dirt was fine. But to each toilet is their own.
