Never understand Honda’s thinking in not having leather wheel and shifter in the EX trim. Should be standard on all trims above LX

The car will also auto-lock after you shut the door, walk away and it senses you are past a certain distance. No need to hit the button on the handle or the key fob. It will then sound a series of beeps when it auto-locks. No longer have to worry if you locked the car after leaving it parked.

Ramya Krishnan no. And no leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. But you get a moonroof on the EX, not in the Sport. And no start up button on the Sport. Only on EX and EX-L.

Went to Honda dealership in NoCal over the weekend to check out both fit and civic and after seeing the console in civic, fit feels cheap! I'd love to get a civic hatch ex (my old car is a civic) but unfortunately, it doesn't come with 6sp manual!

oh yes! I forgot! if the car is on, and you get into the back seating area for whatever reason and the door shuts, the car locks all the doors and you have to climb over the front seats to get out of the back seating area in the basic model. it does not have the push button start. it just has a big annoying key with the push button locks built into the annoyi g key instead of a separate remote. and the shift bar does not have the lighted console so at night you can not see to shift the automatic. annoying! this car is so annoying. it's not enjoyable in the least!

and there I are no lights in the hatchback area so at night if you need to see in the hatchback area of the basic 2018 honda fit you have to use a flashlight! the push button lights in the front seating area above the rear view mirror are so easy why couldn't honda put those kind of lights in this car for the back seating area and for the hatchback area?????!!!!!! no instead there's thus teeny tiny annoying light in the roof of the car that you can not reach that doesn't light up much of anything in the back seating area it does add to light in front, and absolutely no lighting in the hatchback area!!! what were they thinking? apparently they weren't Thinking. this car is so annoying!!!

well a car should be enjoyable not annoying! the honda fit 2018 basic model is the most annoying car I've ever driven! it has these annoying strobe lights that give you a headache built into the center console. you can't shut them off. they pulse to bass beats like a disco ball from the 80s! there's no dedicated odometer in the console all you get is trip "A" with the word miles next to six number slots. and the cup holders are useless! the one up to the left of the steering wheel it closes up on you when you get your cup out to take a drink and then you end up dumping your drink all over the steering column and or your leg! it's jammed right in front of heater vent and melts your iced tea immediately. the ones in front of the shift column are semi jammed up under the radio and nothing fits in them drink wise because there's no room for anything but short coffee cup size ! then there's the cruise control! the car lunges forward and accelerates unexpectedly. and if you keep the little green so called echo button on the car guzzles gas like crazy. then there's the oil dip stick! you can't check the oil because the tip of the oil dip stick has this thick orange plastic thing glued on the end of it?? what were they thinking??? it's the most annoying car !
