Hello I have a question When i bend and do dribbling and take round of our ground i cant do more than 3 or 4 Please tell me how to stop pain while bending

And i dont hurt when i sinply bend It hurts after some time Give me a tip so i can bend for a longer time

Make Sure you carry the ball in front of your body. Really important is that your back is straight and your head up. You get low enough by bending your knees. Make sure you have split vision on the pitch and the ball? Hopefully this helps
