One of the most talked about topic when the #evoenduro troupe arrived in Hua Hin, was the absurd number of D-Maxes in Southern Thailand. From the border to Hua Hin, all we see are D-Maxes. And as we all know, Isuzu just introduced the X-Series, a limited edition variant that started life in Thailand, and was requested many times by Malaysians who crossed the borders often according to Isuzu. So they decided to bring it in, and of course like all Malaysian local specced cars, they're always highly specced.

Isuzu is one of the "King" of commercial vehicles. But the major drawback is: the service centres is not as convenient as Toyota, Mitsubishi or even Nissan. Durability is as tough as the rest of pickup. Previous generation D-Max we saw a lot on the road especially Sabahan, they love Isuzu 👍

I always like the dmax,as it has the best balance between its macho looks and modern cues...although they are known to be ultra robust and reliable,even their ceo recently admitted that they do detune their engines to achieve reliability , as the preasure mounts on them to higher their engine outputs as they have the least amount the competition...plus,to those who worship RV,the dmax has one of the best....

What Isuzu Malaysia needs to bring in is their newer 1.9L BluePower engine. That would be a better match for the X-series urban theme, and maybe even sticking into the MU-X to rival other 7-seater SUVs.

why don't car make make their 360 camera as dashcam camera. imagine u have footage coverage from the side too to see if the person next to you was using mobile phone before they swerved into your lane and crashed with you car..

One thing I wish isuzu would do to the 3.0 lt engine, and is fine tune the engine a bit more, more hp and torque, plus the 6 speed auto transmission need some fine tuning, it searches a bit too much under load over hills and l find it heats up quite fast. I think they should have a stand alone tranny cooler and fine tune that valve body. Other that that, a might fine pickup, design wise .

Isuzu 4JJ1 3.0L the only rated B10 in its class. I never heard or know other japanese brand could achieve like it till today. ISUZU is the diesel specialist compared to others manufacturer. Toyota tacoma clocked 1 million km. Yet 4JJ1 clocked 4 million km.

Bobby..am using a 3.0 single cab and it’s cool. Am planning for a dual cab the x but one drawback was the insufficient airbags. Isuzu needs to step up thier game. Just to ask you...the 3.0 gives better power delivery than the new 1.9??
