Is it possible to leave the AC parts in place without evacuating the Freon and just working around them?

How were you able to lift the camshaft with the chain still tensioned? Did you use a special tool?

I got the full engine gasket kit from partsology which includes every gasket you would need. If you don’t want to use theirs you can get them from the mopar store.

@timcarter9893 and @everythingchannel690 , if you folks don't know, and are asking how to discharge an AC system, with all respect...you probably shouldn't be attempting to replace head gaskets on your own. That said, I'll still tell you. There are several ways: the "right" way is to have equipment to evacuate the system. A couple "at home" ways are to either hold a wet towel over the port as you depress the schrader valve with a punch or screwdriver. Another way is to have a set of R1234YF AC gauges, connect up, and then discharge through the vac/fill hose into a bucket of water (thus scrubbing the refrigerant as it comes out).
