Disc golf....the only sport where pros root more for their opponents than themselves.
@Fresh_Goo6 жыл бұрын
If you're referring to Nate and Jeremy... it's their job as commentators to do so?
@dmitriyvakulchik6 жыл бұрын
True, but they also play in these tournaments and it's nice to see them rooting for each other even when at the end of the day, all they want to do is win.
@thewilmoB6 жыл бұрын
I came here to say the same thing. Such excellent sportsmanship.

I know Nate and Jeremy play in the same tournaments they commentate. They themselves are on the coverage half the time... Not sure if you think I'm an idiot or you are one yourself.
@dmitriyvakulchik6 жыл бұрын
you said its their job as commentators to do so ....I was saying that they do it just because they genuinely are happy for their fellow opponents. You can see it in the videos, when someone throws a good up shot or makes a nice put, the entire card is happy for that player.

I like how you put the commercials during the action, it's nice without a break in the video. Keep up the good work!

Big ups to big jerm for doing a commentary with whatever bug he's got. I can't be the only regular viewer who noticed the difference in his voice. Hope you feel better brother. You've definitely become my favorite player over the past few years.

There are hundreds of courses just like this all across the country. You should find a course close to you, grab a friend and start playing! You don't need as many discs as these guys have to start out and I'm sure there are plenty of places for you to buy them there.

Rick’s putt on one was silly! Dude is an animal. Great card to watch on such a bomber looking course. Great work as always to the whole Jomez crew! Can’t wait to see you guys in Delaware later this year!

For all of you wondering about what Jerm mentioned on 9, it's round 2 coverage, Rick is caught in that first tree you see in front of you down the hill on 9 and throws this crazy anhyzer flex line that hits the cage.

At 19:55, Garrett finds the open gate on the island par 3. I think Jonesboro could easily continue that gate wall over and create an opening behind it such that the opening is created by an unconnected loop. Just a thought.

Could I get a few replies on this? Terry used the term 'fading right' during his FPO commentary when a rhbh throws were overpowered into a breeze. Is it ok to refer to high speed turn as fading? I have always learned that fade and turn are specific disc behaviors and not interchangeable but it could be a local thing here in Utah.
@crushbent6 жыл бұрын
Jake Songer I don't consider that "fading right". I'm with you. I say turning over/flipping. Fade to me is low speed stability.

The Innova commercial around 15 minutes was nice compared to the heavy dubstep commercials. Someone throwing a disc nicely makes us amateurs want to do that too and go buy that brand disc.

Danny Brown yeah. I felt bad for him there. It's kind of funny though after he made his putt. I was thinking that I would just step over the fence and not use that gate after that happened. And then he did just that!

Bad break for Gurthie on 6 but you know that's there before you throw. There's plenty of spots in the fence to leak through ob, you have to account for that on your drive.

I don’t understand how anyone can call a foot fault as no one watches each other putt. They turn away or walk away while people are putting. You need to watch your card mates... thing that annoys me most about these pro players.

I've never even heard of this sport until I took my daughter and her girlfriend out to play frisbee and while we were there, some fellas playing basketball gave the kids another "frisbee" We tried playing with it a little and didn't like it cause it was too heavy and didn't carry far compared to our real frisbee. Then I noticed "Innova Disc Golf" printed on it.. I was like wth is THAT?? Looked it up just now and I must say..... What an odd sport. Like some stoner lost his golf gear and pulled out his frisbee to see how it worked out.

Sort of tired of hearing "oh, and an *uncharacteristic* putt/drive from ________" every time someone makes a silly mistake. How many times does someone have to miss an easy putt before we stop using that phrase? Don't get me wrong, I understand that players like Ricky RARELY miss putts inside the circle, but if we call every mistake they ever make "uncharacteristic" then the commentary stops truthfully representing what's happening on the field doesn't it?
