Peter haha thanks man! If you go for the 1290r next you will not be disappointed, it’s actually very useable, if you want to be chill, it will be chill, but if you want to let loose it’s very entertaining!!!

Yeahhh boiii, beautiful bike but I would still pick your SP over it haha but that’s because I’m a sport bike guy. I Currently own a 2015 fireblade, looking forward to upgrade on a 2017-19 blade or maybe an s1000rr.

I’ll bet you soon forgot your CBR Black edition. It was a toss up between this and a V4 Factory Tuono and I chose the Tuono (I had it for 6 months) 😂. Out of all the bikes I’ve spent time on, this is it for me. The most fun you can have on a road bike.

Great video, great bike, i have a Black 2017 with full akra, best bike I've ever ridden having moved up from the 2015 version, i actually don't like the style of the latest one at all to be honest i love your Blacked out headlight but it does hide the drl s unfortunately i am thinking of getting the stick on protector from Motoproworks, tank pad is similar to mine looks great i have the racev2 which i believe was from the ktm rc8. Anyway great channel and content.

I have he same exact bike, but with a Yoshi pipe. if you haven't already, drop a tooth in the front sprocket. I think it's too tall with the stock 17 toof sprocket. Also, the finish, specifically the clear coat on this bike is straight trash. SOOOOO many swirl marks on this bike, drives me nuts. Also, I am getting some "bubbles" coming up through the paint on the tank. The KTM dealer told me it's a "known issue" due to the plastic tank and possibly unique to the "California" gas i run in it... chemicals baby. I like this bike. a lot... so easy to ride, lots of low down grunt - just leave it in gear and braaap it around. Nice video, enjoy it!

I’m just under 5”6, you’ll be absolutely fine and it’s an extremely easy bike to manoeuvre!

Wow you r hilarious... Welcome to the Duke family!!! Trust me you came from Sportsbike to SuperNaked and you pikd the most fun one. You’re gonna love it.. get yourself sum Rhinomoto bar ends and Crg bar end mirrors trust me it completely changes the look for the better. And yes the De-Cat will take that sound to another level.. but an Austin Racing is a level above that level lol sooooo loud 🤣🤣🤣

Lol yes and that exactly why i love the Austin Racing exhaust.. it shows off the single sided swingarm.. the noise is not deafening but its to me the real sound of A SuperDuke

I'm contemplating upgrading my 2016 fz-09 to the Duke in a year or two . Are you still enjoying it as much as before ? Only thing i'm worried about is reliability as I love the Japanese reliability because I put quite a few Km's a year on my bikes . Love your editing btw great video

Hey 👋 yes still loving it, took it for a blast this morning and didn’t want to get off it!! There are a few things I don’t like about it but the fun you have on it out weighs it. Reliability is an issue with them, even if you get one with a warranty it’s still irritating when something goes wrong as it costs you time. I went from a blade as a daily to this bike and don’t regret it but I am kinda waiting for something to go wrong 🤣 thanks for watching 🤙🙏🏼

Jarone Farrell 1299 is a terrible road bike...but the best looking and hold value the best😁 1290R you will have a huge amount of fun on and is the best all rounder so that would be my suggestion however if you prefer sports bikes than the cbr1000rr is probably the friendliest/most useable sports bike on the market 🤙

Mostly money, but also the new one doesn’t warrant the extra cash on top for what I’m using my Gen II for. I’ve heard nothing but good things about the Gen III, apparently it’s a bit more track focused which would be wasted on my as I have a track bike already. If you have the cash by all means grab the new one, but test ride a Gen II as well as you will not be disappointed with that either 😊

@@projectmoneypits5204 I've looked into the cbr1000rr but compared to the other bikes in class its lacking that scary power and I felt that wen rode it a few years ago was so easy to ride tho has the remap put it in contention with the other bikes and surely that 1299 ive seen in the back ground of one of ur vids is fun 2 ride if not in traffic
