Lovely, big and roomy. In reality though if you are a sailing couple or small family, I wouldn’t fall for this: the boom is way too high for any serious offshore short handed situation. Teak in the cockpit/aft deck would be a killer to maintain. Also a 52’ foot cat is very expensive to keep. You are continually spending money on things that return very little pleasure, spares, extra extra wide berthing. Docking short handed in a crowded marina in moderate winds is a nightmare. But some might say they can afford it. That aside everyone wants value. Much better $ per fun unit is found in other boats. The power consumption onboard for those fridges, ac plant water maker etc would have you starting that generator every 5 hours, carrying a huge array of spares and continually maintaining and fixing stuff. . The quality of fitout on these cats is ok initially but most internal fittings are chrome over brass (pitting in 3 years) thin ply laminates poorly sealeed easily stain and are hard to restore, glued, snap fastened, velcroed or have no fastening at all. Good for a charter boat operation but probably not their best selling product either. Also, comparatively speaking, a bit of a slug to sail. If you buy one after falling in love with her at the boat show, you will probably regret it.
