When you match this up to the competition, it's half the price of most of them and will hold its value better than most. It is a GT and if I had to choose between this and a DB11 I'd choose this. Then add a Volvo V90 for shopping etc and still have change for a wardrobe full of clothes and a few weeks in the Bahamas.

Touchpad works great after your adjust the settings. VOICE COMMAND or Steering Wheel Buttons take care of almost anything you can imagine so no need for Touchpad while driving. If you're interested in best mpg, don't drive in Normal, drive in Eco. Big difference!

Sorry buy driving in ECO is bad enough, but a $100K sports car...NEVER! The non hybrid LC500 is a better choice anyway...gas can always be replaced, the time lost driving in the slow ECO mode cannot.

i drive that powertrain only with 300hp and 10 years old im my RX and it does very well with firstbattery. But on this nice sporty coupe they definately should put in the V8Hybrid they have !!!!

They replaced the knob with a touch pad to cater for all the losers who love to hate everything just to suck up to german cars. It is (was) a great way to access functions while keeping your eyes on the road. And now they've removed even that, forcing you to look at the screen to use it. Which means stopping

Few days ago I was watching a review of LC 500 and reviewer there said this new infotainment control is now much better and easy to use while driving, compared with sliding knob in other lexuses. Well what now? And the hybrid is annoying, V8 is the way to go here. And the hybrid should have a 350h sign not a lying 500h.

you are correct about the 350h that should be on there but I suspect Lexus did it to eliminate model confusion. as far as that other reviewer saying that touch control is so great I bet he was sitting still while demonstrating it instead of driving. I also suspect it was Doug Demero.

if you own a new lexus previously, they will invite you to drive them. I was invited to drive this as well as the lc500 on both road and track. However, at the time i didn't have time to go since i was far to busy. I won a 2016 lexus is250 at a free draw and ever since then, they would invite me to test drive new cars like this and also the rcf though you need to pay the entry fee and training fee for driving the car around the track. This is how car manufacturers should treat their customers. They even invite me to dinners and golf, however, they do cost money...

Good grief, man! Stop already about the trackpad. It's only there to setup VOICE COMMAND. You should have read the Owner's Manual like a real adult. It's all there. You simply use the trackpad to set up the infotainment system and then you tell the car what you want to do. Only children speak without thinking. Real adults read the "instructions" and then they don't make a fool of themselves. As for the seats, all you have to do is press one button, wait for the beep, say" SHOW SEAT WARMING SCREEN" and then move your little fingers about half an inch. It's no harder than using the turn signal. Too bad you couldn't tell your viewers that, isn't it?

Its not a track pad, its a touch pad and if you have no friends to talk to then feel free to talk to your car--the touch pad is there to operate the radio more than anything...try that talking...LOL....idiot.
