In the UK all that CF is part of a few expensive upgrade packages and the alcantara trim is another expensive option even on the MC version. This car looks almost fully loaded except for the CF seat backs. Gorgeous car. Drove a 2016 Sport and the sound was to die for.

Awesome car, really love it! Interesting how you guys in the USA didn't get the MC Stradale, it was axed once the GT was face lifted but it's essentially the same as the MC you showed aside a few things. Chief among which is the racing harnesses (instead of seat belts) and the optional removal of the back seats. Although I'm pretty sure you know this already, it was the most hardcore track focused Maserati you could get with heavy amounts of carbon fibre and a lack of luxuries. And I saw one a while back in a crystal-ish white with the decals of an Italian flag down the side, I'm surprised that was a factory paint option! I wish you could review one.

Aaron I so wish we got the Stradale as well! Not sure why we didnt but such a bummer. Im sure for 2018 they didnt want to put the rnd to new Stradale parts since they will be placing the GT shortly. Also if i'm not mistaken, didnt the Stradale come with CC brakes?

Basically this argument is same as when it has a NA V8 engine, it's outdated because all other new cars have turbocharged engines. Maserati's have high quality interior and they look classic, simple, elegant. That is the point. There's no needed keyless start or wide display from Mercedes. Only steering wheel should be greater. That's it. The car is perfect. Design is meant to be timeless

There are many more options offered for this car. This car is not fully loaded by far. Also Ferrari limits what Maserati can do from many aspects as to not compete with the Ferraris. No it isn't the fastest but it is more than enough. However if you ever drive one you will understand the comfort and character that everyone experiences. The ride is smooth and deliberate. It is not a road racer. It is meant to go long distances fast while delivering comfort all the way.

Fuck man I love that GranTurismo to death but it’s 2018. The car should have push to start, keyless go, a DCT or the 8-speed ZF that’s in the Alfa’s and other MASERATI’S, and 500-600 HP. It’s an FCA product why the hell are they not taking advantage of all the cars the can steal parts from. Make the car somewhat competitive, I mean the 60k Alfa is hitting 60 in 3.8. You’re telling me that Maserati is gonna charge double close to triple for a car that’s still in the mid to low 4 second range. I mean the car is absolutely beautiful and I don’t mind the looks not changing that much since 2008 but the car still has the performance and technology from 2008
