Not to nitpick but the cla is front wheel drive in non 4matic setup. 4matic is a fwd centric haldex awd system a lot like Volkswagen

Just got a cla 250 as a loaner car while my car was being serviced. I almost bought one originally as my first Mercedes but went with a used 2015 c class . And man am I happy I did . Overall the quality in a cla isn’t good compared to the c class. The c class has such great materials , is way quiet on the road , and way smoother ride. A 2014 and newer c class is the way to go. If you get a used one you can pick it up for hardly more than the cla used . Just my advice from owning a c class now

Great review, Drew! The CLA250 seems like a pretty solid entry in its class. Offering class competative performance, and sleek styling inside and out. 👌🏽 Also, the pricing of this vehicle isn't too shabby either. Making it a lot more affordable to more people. The halogens upfront stand out like a soar thumb, though... If I was considering this vehicle, I would definitely option for the LED's. Keep up the great work, Gold Pony! Yeaaah I definitely agree. I have the ‘16 CLA without the LEDs but I do have other cool things like the sunroof, illuminated star, H.C. Sound system, leather package/interior lighting/heated seats/collision assist. So it kinda makes up for it lol I am considering buying it out of the lease just ‘cause it’s such a great car and very safe. Maybe I’ll get an newer one with the LEDs. We’ll see

We traded in our 2007 c280 for a brand new cla 250 4matic from mb. We are almost at 9000km. First service is due soon. We pre paid 4 years of service for $1300cnd. I just hope the dealership mechanics actually do the work, seen too many undercover camera videos of them ripping you off...

i love mine. no parktronic, distronic but still great. i can easily fall asleep with only 1 hand driving. 4matic is only where snow is so theres none available in the west coast and texas. only in the north areas. but the pirelli all season runflat tires are 40 series so very thin and rides really bumpy. a 60 series could be better.

Kaleem it was just terrible driving I had a 2016 Honda Accord and it actually felt better. Lol. I would feel every bump, had to replaced tires 2 times. But I also understand that is a low end Mercedes so maybe that’s why. I actually didn’t get another Mercedes after that. But I’m pretty sure another class would feel better.

Mike Walkosz not just “eh” it’s a flat out piece of shit, I own a 2017 E300 and they gave me a CLA 250 to drive when I had to get a tire changed because of a stupid pot hole, and tbh I have driven nicer Accords and Fusions then that, people who drive these cheap ass Mercedes just for the brand are pathetic, like I said a fully loaded Accord or Fusion blows the CLA250 away.
