Historically he is the best ADC, and after playoffs I think he returned to that form. My only problem with him is that he chokes internationally and it always makes me sad (worlds 2016 and 2017)

the issue is the trade off didnt add anything.. they traded an already got tier bot lane wtih dl-bio and got a alright team from EU that went 2-8 at msi and even worse at worlds.
