Honestly i wouldn't call it stupid.. But it is a somewhat pointless type of vehicle, I'm referring to crossovers in general now. They have less rear passenger and luggage room than most sedans and hatchbacks, but are slightly higher up off the ground and therefore corner and ride worse than those sedans and hatchbacks i mentioned. You could say they are the worst from both worlds. They don't have the space and room that people normally buy SUVs for, and don't ride it corner as well as sedans. That might be why people refer to the Juke as stupid, because it's part of a very hated lineup of cars these days, and on top of that most people think the Juke looks hideous aswell. And if you're looking for something fast, why buy this over a Sports hatchback for example?

put an injen cold air kit (not the short one - go long) and change to better dump pipe and a GFB bov along with an injen exhaust and you will have a mini GTR sounding beast that gets flutter and pops like ours does. gets alot of heads turning and looks stock. increase in the kw and response. we are looking further into a better Front mount intercooler and bigger turbo shortly and a throttle controller as we are at the 189kw on ours thats another 29kw on the standard nismo rs. They are fun to drive around. After that we are only going to look at better wheels and brakes. other than that its just the go to shops rocket and the handling atm is pretty responsive. Didnt buy the car for looks as bought it because it was different and for us( like a person who loves bulldogs- they are a mothers good looking child) we already have a large 4wd that is kitted out so a cross over was something that worked for us and working in performance parts industry the mods were cheap and it was easy to do mods to it - alot of unbolt and rebolt and then leave alone. could we have started with another car yeah probably but our nismo RS manual does exactly what we need it to do and sounds like an angry cicada on the road. owned 1600s and rally cars and street machines before so its just different and every car has its querks. this one is just fun and meets the purpose but we stuck to the manual 6 speed and 2wd. you either love it or hate it.. i love it when i dont feel like going over kerbs and be beast in my 4wd. feel like a go cart drive i take the juke.

Pff.. take a Nissan 200SX 1.8 turbo with only 171 hp and he is much faster than that Juke with his 218 hp 🙄. It's a Renault engine and the Juke is to high, make him lower for speed. I have a Nismo RS so boring to drive and tricky on the road 😭

It should have been obvious for a normal thinking person that this car isnt a straight line monster. And how the f is it tricky on the road? You sure you wanna keep your driving license? I´ve legit never drove a car besides a Leon Cupra that is easier to handle than the Nismo RS. It may not be the fastest, but it is really lovely on twisty roads since its so smooth to drive.

@@Avrae94 The Nismo RS CVT 4wd is a little corner rocket! It goes like a sports hatchback but has 17cm to the ground, perfect for Rally ambitions. A had a tuned Mazda 3 MPS (BK) before and I wouldn´t change the Nismo RS CVT 4wd to any other car, the traction is brutal, out of every corner you can step on kickdown and it goes without gear shift moments. By the way, started with LC the CVT 4wd is faster than the 2wd. Droven at the limit this car is like a being at the playstation, the engine, the sporty CVT-8 with short "gears" with the paddles and the 4wd are working perfectly together. I heard and read a lot of mindshit about the engine, the CVT and the juke by itself. I´m Master car mechatronic and I can only shake my head about all these unqualified comments. A "reviewer" is no expert! This car is like a mini GT-R with offroad possibility.
