Don’t bother folk I bought new one it was biggest disappointment ever the brakes failed the battery was faulty the sensors stopped working and to top it all the cheap plastic dash rattled sooooo annoying it takes few weeks to suddenly realise they are a cheaply made car oh and don’t expect to get more than 27 mpg out of the 1.2 it also has the power of a vacuum cleaner

Darren Leach Mine has akebono brake calipers at the front and trw at the back. Works like a charm. Agreed on some plastics problem, but it’s not so annoying. And I forgot to mention this is my second qashqai. I had previous model before. The previous one was assembled in U.K. and I have to agree I had some suspension issues, some gasket problems but everything was settled by my local dealer as a part of a 3 year warranty. Now I think it’s the best offer. Rival cars such as sportage by Kia or Cx 5 by Mazda a way to expensive.

Darren Leach why bother buying 1.2 with such a big body car. Big mistake. Go for 1.6 or 1.5 and diesel
