2018 Range Rover Evoque | an average guy's review

Hi , first time viewer. Up till Saturday, December 22. I had never even been in a Land Rover. But I bought my daughter a 2018 Land Rover Evoque. Her 2015 Murano Platinum was time to go despite her reluctancy. This Evoque is well equipped but no Murano Platinum that’s for sure. But when I took it to show her, she couldn’t believe her eyes because, despite me not knowing she has always wanted one ??? Who knew ? NOT ME LOL. It has 89,900 km on it or 55,861 miles and never been in an accident and not a mark on the body or the interior. It honestly looks brand new. So I rolled the dice and got it for a great price according to other prices I was looking up while she was driving it. Took it home Saturdaynight at 5:57pm (they closed at 6:00pm). They did the warranty sales pitch and I told them I would think about it over the next day and decide if I would go with it. Well after watching a couple more Videos on reviews of the suv I am going to buy extended warranty. I’m 58 and have owned many vehicles over the years and have only boughten 5 BRAND NEW ONES , bought my share of used and never bought warranty, but as I know nothing about the Land Rovers, I am buying 4 years of extended warranty. So I want to thank you for making this video, as it has me thinking that I did make a good choice despite me not having any mechanical experience with the Land Rovers. Ty and Merry Christmas

Loved and appreciated the video 💙 The husband bought Me a 2018 Evoque SE. It's fast, simple, elegant and it's a freaking Land Rover 🤩 In Michigan it is essential lol

Great review. Pity it did not come with the panoramic roof. You would have loved that. I like the Luxury reviews. The Average Guy experiencing less than average cars. Maybe look at some more top end and even sport car/super car reviews. Maybe.

Man, you had me all over the map with this review. Im in the process for looking for a new car for my mother in-law. heres how my though process went while watching - Ohhhhh this would be perfect for her, small compact, luxury, probably not to expensive since in the smallest model. looked it up , 45 grand. damn ok thats out. wait let me look up a used ones. found some nice 3 yr old models with around 20k miles for around 30 grand. Sweet that will work. ok this is a contender again. Then MM tells me they are not reliable and to give it back after 3 yrs . *&%^*& there goes that . hahaha. so another car in the running was the subaru crosstrek. I think that would be a worthy review. I think that car is a sleeper. best AWD on the planet, plows through the worst weather conditions with ease, good mph. Higher then normal ride height to get thru deep snow etc, its a hatchback for tons of storage space, and the newest models just made some much needed cosmetic upgrades. what you think? review? Oh and how bout bringing back the good, bad ugly. those were cool.

Get the Subaru for your Morher-in-law. I’ll work on getting one to review, but I owned one for 15 years with over 200k on it and it still drove like new. And it’’s still running somewhere in TN
