Last time was in 1989. Nice to see the ol gal is still around. Anyone remember another roller coaster back then at Frontier City? It was a wild mouse type, all orange scaffolding. May have had orange and some flower related word in the name.

I’ve been on this ride and it was VERY terrifying, it was traumatic for me. I was terrified of roller coasters for a while because of this ride. Now I love roller coasters

When I was 9, this roller coaster was a different color, and it had a hue... I think it was orange then.

The coaster has six Flags logos
@ThemeParkPOV5 жыл бұрын
The park used to be part of Six Flags and then not and now it is again.
@stevemcpike90105 жыл бұрын
@@ThemeParkPOV The reason it has six flags logos is because this coaster used to be at six flags in st Louis. It was called the jet scream there and it was blue and red. Type in 'jet scream at six flags St Louis' to check it out
@Colaholiker5 жыл бұрын
@@stevemcpike9010 sorry to correct you - but nope. This one has never been operating in St. Louis. (By the way, the one in St. Louis was closed in 1988 and was then relocated to Six Flags Astro World in Houston, where it operated until 2005. With the Silver Bullet operating in Oklahoma City since 1986 it's pretty obvious that these are two different copies of the same model of coaster. Silver Bullet is the first "Looping Star" coaster that was made by Anton Schwarzkopf in 1978. For the first two years it was travelling the German fairs, then being sold to the Texas State fair, from where it went to a park called Jolly Roger and then on to Frontier City where it has been operating for the last 33 years and will hopefully continue to do so for years to come. Sure, that still doesn't explain the Six Flags logos on the headrests, but i have heard two different stories about them. Either they are from another Schwarzkopf coaster that operated in a differentpark (I heard rumors about being the train of "Greezed Lightnin'" from Astroworld) or just parts that had been around from the time when Six Flags was involved for the first time.
