I'm not 100% of the rule, but shouldn't #15 black have been penalised for a deliberate knock-on?

For him to have been penalized for a deliberate knock on, it must look like there was no intention/possibility of actually catching the ball, the play of the other team would also have had to have been stopped. Since the Lions could still play on, play just continues. If it had interfered with play going on, my guess is it would have just been penalized as an accidental knock on, especially since the pass by Coetzee wasn't great, it was feasible that he could have caught that ball. Hope that helps.
