@@memeymeme. because there is no group that has done or would do the same for the same abuse to men. There are support groups for practically anything for a woman before this speech of “empowerment”. The amount of women who know how to abuse the policies of those same support groups and ruined lives and the opportunity to take someone’s story sincerely. It’s no different of the actions of how the boy cried wolf. I supported the idea this went off with and research data, official interviews of countless federal investigations that file on how the stories are manipulated (lies). Even worse advice from a powerful women who put the name to shame

I remember this incident that happened a few years back. My mum had ordered some food or something and she sent me to head to our apartment lobby to go pick it up. It was a very hot day and i was wearing a tank top and shorts, i didnt think much of what i was wearing and headed down. Once i reached the lobby i noticed that there werent any other people except me, the delivery guy, and the security guard. And the second i step out through the lobby doors the security guard begins whistling at me. I already began to feel uncomfortable but ignore him and pay the delivery guy. And as i am paying him, the security guard continues whisting and keeps making catcalling sounds. At this point i have crossed my arms over my chest and waiting for the delivery guy to pass me my change. And as this is happening the security guard moves his chair, puts it right behind me and sits down so that he's literally facing my butt. I quickly take my change and my food and head back inside the lobby. And as i am waiting for the lift the security guard is staring at me from outside the door(the doors are made of glass so he can see me..) and as i am waiting for the lift that seems to be taking forever to arrive, the guard begins knocking on the glass to get my attention (i am the only one in the lobby) i am just standing there frozen in fear. And suddenly he begins fumbling with the door to get inside and just in time the lift arrives and i quickly hop into the lift as he opens the lobby door and i press close on the lift. The second the lift door closes i'm just standing there, in the middle of the lift, shaking with fear. I get home and just pretend like nothing happened. I only decided to tell my mum about the incident months later, i dont know why i never told her earlier. For some reason i felt too scared to tell her. Once i did, i was told off for not telling her sooner and she said that i'm not allowed to go down alone anymore so that i'll be safe. The sad part was that i was only 13 when it happened. I remember when i decided to tell my friends what happened one of them asked me "what were you wearing?" and when i told them, they replied with "no wonder, you were asking for it"... I never forgot those words. Because after, i was constantly worrying about what i was wearing. Out of fear of something happening to me, or if i were to get stared at innapropriately again. But now, i refuse to allow creeps like that to stop me from wearing what i want. I'm gonna wear what i want, where i want, when i want. I shouldn't have to cover myself up just because creeps like them dont know where to keep their eyes.

Thank you for telling your truth. It happens to so many! I admire your strength in wearing what you want without fear. Isn't it ridiculous that we as women have been taught to fear clothing choices. I am a 36 year old woman and had been sexually assaulted more than once before the age of 18. Until the #metoo movement blew up, I always blamed myself. When I hear stories about other victims I STILL can catch myself saying, “what did she expect would happen?” or “well, she was asking for it…” It’s been ingrained in women since the beginning of time, that everything is OUR fault because “men just can’t control themselves.” It’s called INTERNALIZED MISOGYNY and a lot of us need to reprogram our minds and blame the REAL culprits. I was 4 years old when I was first sexually assaulted. It happened in daycare, one of the older boys took me under the table and threatened to hurt me if I didn't do it or if I told anyone. I am now a 17 year old woman, and I only recently started telling people about it. Since then I have been sexually assaulted 5 more times. While intoxicated, while in a relationship, at school, at a friend's house, and each time it happened it took me less and less time to tell someone about it. I've pressed charges numerous times, and it hurt to see how little was done to reprimand my assaulters. You are not alone, we are strong on our own, and strong when we stand in solidarity. But that ain't the case though, right? A reason why feminism gets the hate is because it's filled with bunch of insecure men hatingg women who don't even know anything about respect or love, if it was really about unity, working together and equality then it would never have received this much hatred from society. Truth is modern day Feministts just spreads hatred by dividing and hating a whole gender and wonder why they don't support their movement.

The thing is... in the comments that some women talks about how they got assaulted there are no reply from those who disliked the video. I am curious what do they have to say to them. Or its just ignore this and that. I would love us girls to be physically strong so we could protect ourselves but for our bad we cant be no matter how hard we try, a man will be always stronger. We are weaker that's why if we join all, we women together we can change things. We are not asking a man to die or to do something impossible ,bc of course that's crazy. I talk for myself and l don't want to insult anyone but pls don't rape, don't follow us if we said no, don't do anything to a girl who is the same age as your daughter, don't force and pls don't be violent. I am a girl and I really don't know the things that a man is assaulted and i am sorry for that. But this video is about girl right so i am standing in that topic. Cases of women are a daily occurrence unfortunately, while cases of boys are very rare fortunately. So.... stop doing things to women only because we are weaker and the society support boys bc they can do whatever they want bc they are boys and we cant bc we are girls, of course to some boys because there are amazing boys out there too.

I dont like or appreciate insecure modern day feministts of internet and media projecting their insecurities and hating whole men gender for unnecessarily reasons these days, that's the reason society as a whole hates on feminism, not just men. Also u seem like ur from a first world country, so what exactly is the rights you want now? If you don't have any problems, create problems is what you modern day feministt are doing by sitting in ur privileges, or else you can say what more right do you all want? Be specific about it. Also the modern day feminism is not worth supporting in any way because all it does it spill hatred against men. This video is the first time im seeing a feminist video about women empowering, rest are all about men hating, so based on the majority I won't really support ur movement coz it's filled with hatred, so dont wonder why men don't support ur hatred ways of expressing it, I guess we are misogynistt for not being part of a modern day hatred movement, hell yeah I'm proud of it.

I'm speaking this as a guy, I clicked on this video expecting the feminists blaming men for everything, but this was indeed a good video, so why actually be like this, im sure real men will support this.

Not Suspicious Human you know when I was younger I thought so too but sometimes it doesn’t help just being strong. My mom did do karate for a long time but when someone tried to rape her it wasn’t her strength whom saved her, it was someone walking by. I mean even if you were strong enough they could just drug you or something and then you definitely don’t have any chance. What I’m trying to say is, even if you’re strong and everything, it will not always save you. And also in the Military are just strong women and men but both genders were raped. So if you just have to be strong and good at fighting, how do you explain that? (And sorry for my bad English)

I wanted to tell her but I'm afraid she would be ashamed and upset because I can see him PURPOSELY shagged her skirt while she was running and he was behind her (she was just avoiding the taggers and just like that she was harrased BY MY CLASSMATE)I didn't talk about it later,I felt disgust but kept playing because at some point I was just having fun,I avoided him and hours later when the girls quit I could hear them whisper and murmur in the corner I checked on them thats the point I wanted to cry, they have told me he has Harass me the way he did to girl I talk about and he also do it with the others but first they clearly saw what they did to me and disgusted deep down I was ashamed, edge of crying, and wanted to go home at the end I didn't told my parents.it left me with trauma and when I told my young siblings they could've protect if they was there and kick his ass but tbh no child should experience that, when the woman said that theres no girl who wouldn't be harass or raped until she's turned 18 went deep down to me and thats why me and my friends wanted to start law and speak up for women!

A lot of the women who won especially the people in Hollywood are hypocrites they talk about sexual assault yet they hug Harvey Weinstein (and people like him)love him and didn't say anything about his crime even tho they all knew about it

@@tavishabhatia2288 it will happen only if the media feministts here are respectable women instead of being insecured and hate on whole man gender. Who are the real celebrrity feministts here in india who has a good reputation in public eyes? Neha dupia the hypocrite ladyy who says it's her choice, laughs at when a women says she slapped a guy but freaks out when a guy says the same, or kangana the controversial queen? Or tapsee pannu Or deepika who try to promote and normalise men Assaults through their films? So how will can you blame indian people when the feminism here is badly represented by insecured women's themselves.

@@tavishabhatia2288 I mean im not saying this to get support, but just to show how feminism works in India, even worldwide it's no real different, feminism was started for women empowering, but not anymore, the modern day feminism is represented by man hating insecure women in both media and internet, don't forget the hypocrisy and double standards of most of them as well, thats the reason it gets so much hate from society, and feminist themselves wonder why. A hatred filled movement will not be appreciated.

No thank you, if modern day feminism was like how it is potrayed in this video, then of course no wrong in supporting it, but that's not the case though. Modern day Feminism is now mostly filled with bunch of insecure women hating on men unnecessarily. A movement filled with nothing but hatred will never be supported by society, you hate a whole gender because of ur inferiority complex and insecurity and still expects them to treat you with respect, it's not gonna work like that. Give respect, take respect, that's the real equality.
