Mike Cotty

i love your videos and the way you explain everything as you go along, when i watch the Tour everything goes so fast and you can't really appreciate the beauty and the steepness of the climb, and you an awesome climber. Also i never noticed the rocky part of the ride in the Tour.

Great comments, great video quality, great music in a beautiful place! I do the Portet last summer, after the Tour de France : the most difficult in the Pyrénées after the Pic of Bellurti and the Artzamendi in the Basque Pyrénées!

This could be a day for pure climbers, someone like Dan Martin or Nairo Quintana, you said. Well predicted, eight months out. Great video, as usual from your team.

Hi Mike.I noted you riding with disk brakes.Are that not too heavy when climbing and is it not better when climbing to just use normal brakes.
@TheColCollective
@TheColCollective 6 жыл бұрын
Hi Roland, at first I was concerned about the extra weight of disc brakes but after using them I found that the overall performance was more advantageous than the weight saving of regular brakes, especially in the wet when descending mountains as I often find myself doing. For big rides in the mountains in all conditions then disc brakes are a definite advantage in my opinion. Ride safe, Mike

The Col Collective Hi Mike thanks for the reply.I love your films in the mountains.I get inspired by them. I just have a few questions please.You look like you are about 183 in height so how much is your weight because you look light weight.I am 185 in height and 72kg.I am trying to go down to 65kg so I can be even better and enjoy it. Last question what size tyre are you riding because I am using 26 size continental.Thanks.
