Almost 2 years after the 2018 parade, and I still watch a lot of the video's on YT of these band. Love them so. I am a mature man, but these band can make me cry. I know how much dedication , blood , sweat and many tears they have spend to become a member of this great band and make this great show. Thank you KT.

Same with me. I live in Texas, and i love this Kyoto Tachibana HS band. I imagine the life in Japan is peacful, and Japanese are generally high level of education. I love peaceful life style.
Hi sh-5 ss, did you know that the K.T. Members, themselves develop their choreography? Should you have time. Here is a fun website to peruse about Kyoto Tachibana Senior High School Band: kyototachibanashsbandunofficialfanblog.wordpress.com/
I just love it when the Hispanic American crowd recognizes the Mambo played by a Japanese band. It’s such a joyful mix of people and cultures and shared love of music.

I loved it when the Hispanic lady said, "Mira las chinitas."

a few of them have made an entertainment band called O Vils
How come I can watch heaven knows how many videos of KT at the 2018 Rose Parade, and some of the same videos again and again, and never get tired of them? This is magic, pure entertainment. It´s great to hear the audience reactions - they had probably never seen the like before, and maybe will never see it again. All that hard work (just under 40 hours a week, outside school hours) blended with a marriage of dance and music, and the arrangements for particular tunes - produces something quite unique. And the fact that around 40% were graduates, some from the 2012 Rose Parade, shines a light on their motivation (plus the Music Director had announced his retirement). This is the only group of musicians who persistently leave you feeling good after their performances. One of the cameramen was looking rather jaded towards the end - but the girls kept on playing. Wow.
Why you can stop the video you are cry 😭😭 don't be sad.

Hiakri, Thank you so much for the hard work in making this compilation! Although I've seen most of the Tachibana 2018 rose parade, I still enjoy it very much.
Thank you for the incredible job of first finding and then placing them in right order and finally mapping all the short videos together and sharing this with the rest of us. That is pure dedication! I don't know how many hours I've watched of the parade before, but today was the first time I noticed when one of the members had abandon at 21:30 Still she danced and smiled up until the last second, while she must have hurt so bad. Just incredible!
They are so good. I would love to see them perform. Their energy level, showmanship, and the ability to play that good with all the dance moves is astounding.
Thanks to all recorders, this is one of the worlds more beautiful wonders!

Now I understand the true definition of the word delighted. Every time I watch these marvelous musicians perform I am truly delighted. I love their smiles from start to finish. Each time they play a piece of music, it sounds as fresh as when they first stepped off onto Orange Grove Blvd. This group brings me lots of joy. Thanks for sharing.

"You are the best school !" と叫んでいた女性の通りです♪
