I was born August of 1995 in Ohio. I now live in North Carolina. I am a mechanical engineering for a tire company and I have been a professional open-format club / mobile DJ since 2012. Well it's a 3inch leveling kit. So the back only went up 1.5". So it's not much at all

I have the same truck and I am looking to see if i need a 4 in or 6in Lift. I looked at this video as it said "33s". Looking at Tacoma world (tirecalc) 275/65/18 are 32in. Need to move up to 295 to have a 33.1 tire. I can see a lot of hours to make it your own, looks good with the lift.

You can fit 305s with 3" lift but you need to do a bmc/cmc

Well it's been switched to my new 2020 tacoma with another 3k under the 2020 and about 25k on the 2018 and it still rides like day 1

No regrets. And I have 30k miles on it now. It is stiff but I have always drove a truck and the lift kit feels just as good as a stock 04 truck. So in that regard spending 4 to 5 times more on a better lift kit just wasnt worth it. Maybe in the future.

Just dont expect like luxury car suspension. But its similar to any mid 2000 truck suspension feel.

Your tires are 32 more than 33 and 18 for rim is not the best size as tires choice is limited compared to 17... but nice truck man.

You did all the research and still picked one of the worst lift kits...I have a 3" lift too and did a lot of research. I almost got that kit and people that use to have it talked me out of it. Very happy they did because you can totally tell the difference with a good lift ($500 difference). I got into a truck with that lift and instantly thanked myself for not going cheap on that! I paid $4100 with wheels, lift and no blocks. But the truck looks good.

Was not in the market to spend 4k. I have no issues with my ride quality. Put 15k miles now on it since July. Spending an additional 3.5k I would even consider being worth it.

So if you add your expenses for the rims and tires you got, shouldn't be that much of difference in cost. (I also got fuels and k2s tires).
