the rings series starting at 5:38 is incredible - L-cross, straight arm press to inverted cross(!!) to Maltese cross to back lever to iron cross all with open hands - WOW!! to totally appreciate this you probably need to be a rings man but believe me this is totally over the top.

13:14 im pretty sure thats bretschneider doing the miyachi in training. Not many people know that he was the first to do it and even try it at the olympics. Hes a legend
