2018 XSR 700 2WDW Tune Installed + Akrapovic Titanium Exhaust DB Killer Removed

For today’s video I’m going to go over my present and future mods for my XSR. I also got my cpu back from the tuner (thanks 2WDW!) so I have that promised clip of the exhaust with the baffle/dB killer removed. Sounds mean as f 😈 Thanks for watching!!!

Did 2wdw suggest the removal of the snorkel for the tune?

@darkhome They make the tune custom to your mods. I had always planned on removing the snorkel and replacing the filter. I replaced the entire snorkel and filter cover with a 3D printed copy of the DNA lid to match the filter. If you have access to a 3D printer I recommend doing this to save yourself $100.

@darkhome No no codes or check engine light. The Akrapovic Titanium is supposed to be safe to run on the stock tune as long as the baffle is installed. I rode it this way a while before getting it tuned. The ecu is actually really easy to remove and reinstall, much more so than the fz/mt as you only have to remove a single panel.

@Bayan Eshtiyag I actually picked up the exhaust used so I saved a lot. You can pick it up a from a number of places. I’ve heard you can get it from 2WDW themselves if you contact them.
