Band Director and staff doing a good job of being respectful, marching in position, not wandering around the formation trying to look like big shots. Way to go! Nothing is worse than a director dressed like an Ethopean Admiral, with lots of silly looking gold braid on his uniform, trying to feed his own ego by disrespecting the band members, waving to everybody, and trying to hog the show.
