WHERE IS THE CABIN AIR FILTER LOCATION ON YOUR RAM 1500?
The cabin air filter is located behind the Ram's glovebox. The cabin filter door will have to be removed in order to change the cabin air filter.
WHEN SHOULD YOU REPLACE THE CABIN AIR FILTER IN YOUR 20149 - 2022 RAM 1500?
It is recommended that you changer replace your cabin air filter, also known as the pollen and dust filter, every 10,000 - 15,000 miles or once a year. However, you may want to remove and replace the cabin air filter in you Ram 1500 more often if:
-You or a frequent passenger suffers from pollen or dust allergies
-You drive your Ram 1500 on dirt roads or in an excessively dusty location

Had the oil changed in my Ram last week (Too cold right now to do it in the driveway) I asked the guy to check the cabin filter.. He owns the same truck and he said the Ram didn't have one.. lol While I've only owned the truck for about 3 months, (Bought used) that sounded strange. Glad to know where it's at, and glad mine does not need to be changed yet.

So does this affect the actual air flow into the cabin if it’s dirty? Say like a day like today where it’s raining lots my windows try fog up is that due to the filter being dirty? I have the 2022 Ram 1500 Rebel btw

I don't know about fogging up but a dirty air filter can restrict air flow a bit

Even if you installed the new cabin filter upside down it shouldnt effect the airflow that much
