Muffler pipe cutter looks like a real struggle. Reciprocating saw with a fine tooth blade, file any burrs.

Not sure how eliminating the muffler is supposed to still be pretty quiet, yet a Flowmaster 40 series muffler is considered "Aggressive". Wouldn't eliminating the muffler sound like a V8 at the drag strip with open pipes? Why not?

There's a resonator near the tip, if ya look around it's easy to see just behind the rear wheel. Acting like a 2nd muffler & the exit pipe is 2.75" compressed from the 3" we see here

@@MudGoose Yea, I just got back from the muffler shop. I got a Flowmaster Super 40 put on. They told me those aren't really resonators, and don't do much, but the dual Cats quiet it down enough to just to a muffler delete. I was going to get 3" Stainless from the cats back, but they said the pipe that's on my truck is the best stainless you can buy, so they suggested just welding in the muffler or doing a muffler delete. What I will say now after hearing it, the Super 40 isn't very "aggressive". At first, I didn't even think they put it on. It's got some growl under acceleration, but nothing obnoxious. I can tell already; it's not going to get annoying. Barely any drone in the cab. Didn't even take them 30 minutes.

Mine broke off in my 22 and is in the muffler, i’m not sure if I should do the muffler, delete or put a Flowmaster 40 series as I’m hoping this does not void any warranty
