Today's bowling is a joke - can anyone use one hand like it is supposed to be? Accuracy and shot making has gone the way of the 8 track cassette. That is why leagues have dropped dramatically in the past decade and scratch leagues are nowhere to be found any longer unless they provide an easy shot to average 250 and throw a dozen 300 games per night. Yes, I was a top bowler in my areas and never again will I participate in this fiasco. Gone!

@@doublingthefun8143 Keep making fun of me. I bowled when it was classy - better money - better players - accurate players not fluff all overs. ABC had a good telecast. It had great ratings. There were top scratch leagues with pba members in them and high averages were in the 2 teens not 250. A 300 game made the entire league stop and watch it - it was exciting. Today 300 don't mean shit. 230 average is low in league. 800s come easy and bowling balls keep changing (you pay $250 for one and they last 3 games before that track wears out). Now you have rap music between shots, stupid ball reps and coaching making the bowler look stupid and lost, small crap trophies, messed up TV schedules, stupid tournaments that make a mockery or comedy of bowling, and now all juniors want to imitate Belmo throwing two handed because they all think they are the next PBA superstars that way.

Well congrats to you, times change, get over it. If things are too easy, get into a sport shot league, that's where the best players will prevail. And kids wanted to imitate Pete and Walter decades ago, why wouldn't they imitate Belmo now? They're gonna imitate what works obviously. @@mr.aerial1885
