Despite hp claims and numbers from different manufacturers. The good old Kawasaki V Twin despite its lower hp numbers has always been very good at bottom end torque-midrange power..where we use them the most. My old 2005 Prairie 700 with nothing more than an aftermarket power module...it let the engine have full power under 10-15mph instead of being held back like stock. It was a tire spinning wheelie pulling machine on take off up to 55mph and beat just about any sport quad even in a drag race..They were well designed engines and reliable too. Mine beat the neighbors 650 Outlander up to 55-60 in drag races every time. Top speed was only 65-66 on that model.

Now imagine what would happen if Kawasaki built and 850 or a 1000 cc 4 wheeler? If that 749cc Kawasaki gaps those bigger cc higher hp Can am’s and Polaris on take off just imagine what an 850 or 1000cc Kawasaki would do to Can am and Polaris ? Just from watching this video I would buy the Kawasaki because if I get the hole shot on you, you’re not gonna pass me. It’s all about the hole shot boys!!!
