that’s alabama offensive is probably the most talented offensive in college football history with QB tua, WR/TE devonte, jerry, ruggs, waddle, & irv, OL johan, jedrick, & leatherwoods plus RB jacobs & najee got damn just truly unfair talent therr could be 11 first & second round picks like tf the fact they didn’t win a championship in 2019 is just a disappointment

Dowd Timmerman i would say more defensive but just evaluating last 2 draft more alabama players have drafted then clemson ratio of 19 to 12

Thing is clemsons d-line was also one of the greatest of all time.

BlueOrange22 oh yeah of course in college football but the alabama trench play was just as great but let’s be honest tua was the reason they lost man made so many bad decisions in this game same as the georgia game

Im not saying clemson isnt good. Theyre a helluva ball club. An idiot can see that. But while Clemson is smoking the doors off some typical ACC doormat on any given week in the fall, Bama is either going down to the wire with another nationally relevant sec team. When Clemson is basically just having a scrimmage with what MIGHT be a top 30 team in thier ACC Championship "Game", Alabama is battling another contender. Ohio State is battling another contender--lol, although I do use the word "contender" here with some amount of caution lmao. I've looked at Clemsons schedule every year. And its embarrassing. Its very simple, if you take 2 elite teams, you make one team play basically 11 doormats with MAYBE one game that might go deep into the 3rd quarter. And you make the other team play in a conference that has produced 3 or 4 DIFFERENT teams that have won NCs the past 10 years, and annually puts half the conference in the top 15 and into bowls??? Then which team is gonna be better come playoff time?? Ill tell you. That team that had to do just enough work to stay hot, while never really getting challenged.....EVER...That team that never was having to deal with the injuries that go along with a game like the IRON BOWL, or the UA/UGA game. Or a defensive slobberknocker like the UA/LSU game in Baton Rouge. The Eight Win Wonders (aka Auburn) took clemson down to the wire 2 years straight. Lol...i think that thats about all I needed to say really lol

I don't really think that's fair to say though. Bama really didn't have too many close games even the teams in the west, in which they play every year, they dominated. Their closest game was against UGA in the SECCG.

No excuse for getting beat like that. With that logic we should have beat LSU like we did Bama. When it comes to elite teams, schedule really doesn’t matter. It’s about who shows up to play when the two teams line up. I’m biased of course, but it still holds true.

The Lyzzyrd King you hollering like a hit dog. Alabama too good of a program for these bullshit excuses.

I can see that argument for 2018, but when Clemson beat Bama in ‘16, they played and beat @Auburn, Louisville with Lamar Jackson, @FSU (when they were still really good), Va Tech in ACCC, and blanked Ohio State. Bama is too good of a program to make excuses like this. 16-44 was inexcusable.
