This is awesome! I just subscribed. Thanks for sharing! I’ve had agoraphobia for about a year now and I hope I can start traveling again soon!

Hi Will, thank you for this. For years, i was carefree, adventurous and loved to travel. Then just about a few months ago, I got really sick and had daily panic attacks which turned into agoraphobia. I long for the day I can do the things I used to love doing again. Can I ask how do you consider yourself agoraphobic when you've managed to do many solo travel trips already? Wouldn't this mean you're already recovered? Also, how do you cope with debilitating symptoms such as dizziness when you're out? I am doing much better than even just a month ago, but some days it seems my anxiety is higher and I'm unable to leave.

A LSki hi there. Yes I guess I do still consider myself to be agoraphobic but I am not a fan of labels, as I feel that we can then start to attach to the label. Join our fbook group that’s attached to the video and we can talk more about recovery 😁
